Platform sign-in disruption

## What happened Between 10:25 and 11:05 UTC on July 27, sign-in and API requests to the MightyBot platform failed for most users. ## Cause During planned removal of an unused internal component, our authentication service lost access to one of its supporting dependencies that was still configured against the removed component. ## Resolution We reconfigured the authentication service onto its correct dependency and restored service at 11:05 UTC. Some users may have needed to sign in again. ## Prevention We audited all services for similar configuration shortcuts (and fixed the ones we found), added a pre-removal dependency checklist, and are launching this status page so incidents are visible in real time.
